1. What are the dietary options available?
 
We offer a variety of nutritious meals inspired by the Mediterranean diet, with options to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary preferences. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when you book so we can ensure your meals meet your needs.


2. What should I bring to the retreat?
 
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing for yoga and wellness activities, walking shoes for nature excursions, a swimsuit, and personal toiletries. Yoga mats and other equipment will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.


3. Is the retreat suitable for beginners?
 
Absolutely! Our yoga and wellness sessions are designed to accommodate all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Our instructors will provide modifications and support to ensure everyone feels comfortable and benefits from the practices.


4. How do I get to the retreat location?
 
Terracina is easily accessible by train and car from major cities like Rome and Naples. We can assist with arranging transfers from nearby train stations or airports upon request. Please get in touch with us for more details and pricing.


5. What is the cancellation policy?
 
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 15-29 days before the retreat will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 15 days before the retreat. However, you may transfer your booking to another person at no additional cost.


6. Are massages and other optional activities included in the price?
 
Massages and other optional activities, such as in-retreat purchases, transfers, and flights, are not included in the retreat price. These can be booked separately to enhance your retreat experience.


7. Is there Wi-Fi available at the retreat location?
 
Yes, Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation areas. However, we encourage participants to disconnect as much as possible to fully immerse themselves in the retreat experience.


8. How many participants will be at the retreat?
 
To ensure a personalized and intimate experience, we limit the retreat to a maximum of 15 participants. This allows for more one-on-one interaction with the instructors and a closer-knit community atmosphere.


9. What if I have a medical condition or special requirement?
 
Please let us know about any medical conditions or special requirements when you book. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure your safety and comfort during the retreat.


10. How do I book my spot at the retreat?
 
To book your spot, simply click the "Book Now" button on our pricing page, fill out the booking form, and submit your payment. You will receive a confirmation email with further details and pre-retreat information.
