Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payments
  1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £500 is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid in full 30 days before the retreat start date.

  2. Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal. Details for payment will be provided upon booking.

Cancellation Policy
  1. Cancellations by Participant:

    • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.

    • Cancellations made between 15-29 days before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat cost.

    • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the retreat start date are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your booking to another person without any additional fees.

  2. Cancellations by Organizer: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit. We are not responsible for any travel expenses incurred.

Health and Medical Issues
  1. Medical Conditions: Participants are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions when booking. We will do our best to accommodate special requirements but cannot guarantee all needs can be met.

  2. Insurance: It is strongly recommended that participants have travel and health insurance to cover any unexpected medical expenses, trip cancellations, or other emergencies.

Liability
  1. Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own actions and safety during the retreat. We are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage that occurs during the retreat.

  2. Activity Participation: Participation in all activities is voluntary. Participants should consult with a healthcare provider before engaging in physical activities if they have any health concerns.

Changes to Itinerary
  1. Adjustments: We reserve the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary if necessary due to weather conditions, availability of activities, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify participants of any significant changes as soon as possible.

  2. Substitutions: If an activity or service is unavailable, we will provide a suitable alternative of equal value.

Code of Conduct
  1. Respectful Behaviour: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards all staff, fellow participants, and the local community. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.

  2. Environmental Responsibility: We encourage all participants to be mindful of their environmental impact and to follow sustainable practices during the retreat.

Optional Activities and Services
  1. Additional Costs: Optional activities such as massages, in-retreat purchases, transfers, and flights are not included in the retreat price and must be paid for separately.

  2. Booking Optional Activities: We recommend booking optional activities in advance to ensure availability.

Photography and Media
  1. Consent to Photograph: By participating in the retreat, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the organizers at the beginning of the retreat.
